Brian’s experience, technical knowledge and work ethic make him a highly regarded Senior Project Manager in his field. With over a decade of construction experience, he has continued to grow an exceptionally diverse book of business. As a leading national competitor in the construction industry, Brian chose to make his headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and currently maintains an office in Cleveland, Ohio and Mountains Edge, Las Vegas. He uses his expertise in pre-construction to aid his client in lease negations, budgeting and preliminary conceptual budgeting. Brian founded the company with a heavy focus on service and is still a very active Project Executive.
Vice President & Estimating Coordinator
As the lead Estimating Coordination with over 40 years in the industry, Tim has accumulated a diverse amount of knowledge throughout his career. Originally a salesperson for electrical supplies, he graduated to estimator then project manager for a commercial electrical contractor. Tim started his own design-build firm in 1982 and has spent over a decade successfully managing his own projects. With decades of irreplaceable knowledge in the business, he joined NNI as their Vice President and Estimating Coordinator. Tim still maintains his electrical company and has become an integral part of the NNI Construction Family with a continuously bright future in the industry.
Director of Construction & Managing Partner
After obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, Geoff sharpened his arsenal in New York City’s ultra-competitive and high-end residential construction market. Each project required zealous attention to detail, thorough knowledge of site-specific details and the accelerated scheduled similar to commercial projects. Later, he added retail build-outs to his resume, moving to Cleveland and then Ft. Lauderdale to join NNI Construction. Since joining the team, Geoff promptly advanced from Project Manager to Account Manager, becoming an integral part of the company.

Perry has a degree in Bachelor of Science majoring in Architecture. In his early years, he started his own residential design build company for more than a decade in both California and Kentucky. Then, he moved to NYC to be part of a firm that developed Mid to High Rise Hospitality, Commercial, and Condominium buildings. As a Project Manager/Owner’s representative he is overseeing all developments of all new ground up construction focusing on coordination with contractors and suppliers to accommodate the different brand standard requirements of Major brand hotels and retail specifications. With over two decades of successful building, he has implanted more than 50 structures. Perry was part of a team that evolved and transformed the skyline of Manhattan to its current grandeur. Recently relocated to sunny Florida and joining the NNI Team, he brings decades of experience. His attention to brand standards and details will help satisfy various clients’ needs in the different fields of the Construction business.
An Ohio University alum, Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Construction Engineering Management certification. Early in his career, he served as a Field Service Engineer for Baker Hughes, where he obtained and coordinated measurements and info with directional drillers to steer vertical and horizontal well paths. Known for his commitment (he’s thru-hiked the all 2,200 miles of the Appalachian trail), Justin joined NNI Construction in late 2014 and serves as a Project Manager. <br />
Mr. Matejka is a registered architect who brings 30 years of construction experience in the design and management of construction projects to NNI Construction. As Chief Estimator, Mr. Matejka organizes the estimating efforts to create realistic project budgets and/or proposals that represent the entirety of the scope of work necessary for the completion of a project.
On Design/Build projects, Mr. Matejka interprets and evaluates potential project needs in order to assemble preliminary design sketches and proposals that reflect our client’s desires for their particular projects.

Kiamba “Ki” Werts has a baccalaureate in Information Systems Technology from the University of Akron. He entered the Construction Management industry in 2012 with G Stephens, Inc in Akron, Ohio and has worked in a variety of capacities on Water & Waste Water, Local Government, Transportation, K-12, Healthcare and Commercial construction projects and programs. He has dedicated a significant portion of his focus helping to bring to date dated technology and incorporating modern solutions to help improve efficiency and accuracy in construction management.
Introduced to the construction industry at a young age, Dan Close started his career as a Commercial Electrician in Northeastern Ohio. After gaining Electrical experience in various fields including medical, industrial, retail and residential apartment buildings, he moved to Las Vegas, NV to begin building his management portfolio. Today, Dan has over seven (7) years of Hospitality Management experience with world class hotels such as Bellagio, Wynn and Encore. In 2017, bringing the same exacting standards of high quality, he joined the NNI team as a Project Manager, and presides over the Mid-West and West coast regions.
A graduate of Lakeland College in Ohio, Danielle has an Associate’s degree in General Business. In the four years Danielle has worked for NNI her hard work and general development has seen her grow from an entry level position to the Pre-Construction Coordinator. This position involves the intake of new jobs for bid, managing the people making calls to sub-contractors in multiple states, gathering sub bids, and coordinating with the estimating dept. to develop the proposals.
Shawn has over 25 years project management experience starting as an environmental consultant and project manager overseeing asbestos abatement and demolition projects throughout Ohio. After eight years in the environmental sector, Shawn expanded her project management experience and joined Heery International as a construction manager for OFCC school renovation and construction projects valued between $11M and $35M. When Heery International closed their Ohio office she continued to expand her experience managing various retail, hospitality, affordable housing and theatre projects with both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build delivery systems. Shawn also has experience as a tenant coordinator working with national retail developers prior to joining NNI.
Following college and his military career, Don and his family became successful residential home developers in the Atlanta, GA and Miami, FL. Hungry to expand his career he set out to master the Hospitality Industry in the Miami Beach marketplace. Working with some of the strongest developers, world renowned designers, and leading Architects in hospitality he saw some of the most prestigious projects on Miami Beach come to fruition. During his long career in construction, Don has been a part of many Public and Private Learning Institutions, Manufacturing Facilities, Medium to Large Office Developments, Retail Developments, Government Facilitates and Places of Worship. Don joined the NNI Construction family as a Project Manager in 2017.
Jeff has over 30 years of Construction and Facilities Maintenance experience, working all sides of the desk. He’s held varying roles as a Project, Program, and Regional Facilities Manager in start-up companies to Fortune 100 international corporations. Some of these including Signet Jewelers, OfficeMax, Neiman Marcus Group, & Blockbuster Entertainment; to Project Manager for General Contractors serving growth oriented businesses. He also has two years as Building & Housing Dept. Director for a local Cleveland suburb, supervising 10 inspectors and staff.
Over his career, he has successfully managed the new construction, remodels, and maintenance of over 13 million square feet throughout the US and Canada, of specialty retail, commercial office, call centers and IT/Data support facilities. Plus, a 50-bay, cross dock, automated distribution center.
With this experience of owner, code enforcement, & ongoing maintenance, Jeff has the vision to deliver results over the entirety of the project lifecycle. He takes great pride in establishing long-term client relationships in the process.
Tom is second generation construction. Both of his parents held Florida General Contractor licenses. After graduating from Randolph Macon Academy, Tom attended Broward Community College where he earned an AS in Mathematics. Tom spent the following eight years serving in the US Navy. After separation from active duty in 1985 Tom returned home to help run the family business Ashland Construction. At Ashland Tom served as first Chief Estimator, then VP of Construction and finally as company President. Tom continued to serve his country as a member of the Naval Reserve and was recalled to active duty several times and medically retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer. After closing the family business in 1993, Tom worked as director of construction for IRE Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of Bank Atlantic until 2003. In 2003 Tom accepted a position with American Cutting and Drilling Co. where he wore numerous hats during his nearly 16 years with the company including, Director of Operations, Director of Safety, Chief Estimator and Project Manager for projects in excess of $500,000.00. Tom is a recent addition to the NNI team. His diverse background allows him to fill the shoes of superintendent, project manager and estimator.
