Brian Miller

President

Brian’s experience, technical knowledge and work ethic make him a highly regarded Senior Project Manager in his field. With over a decade of construction experience, he has continued to grow an exceptionally diverse book of business. As a leading national competitor in the construction industry, Brian chose to make his headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and currently maintains an office in Cleveland, Ohio and Mountains Edge, Las Vegas. He uses his expertise in pre-construction to aid his client in lease negations, budgeting and preliminary conceptual budgeting. Brian founded the company with a heavy focus on service and is still a very active Project Executive.

Tim Miller

Vice President & Estimating Coordinator

As the lead Estimating Coordination with over 40 years in the industry, Tim has accumulated a diverse amount of knowledge throughout his career. Originally a salesperson for electrical supplies, he graduated to estimator then project manager for a commercial electrical contractor. Tim started his own design-build firm in 1982 and has spent over a decade successfully managing his own projects. With decades of irreplaceable knowledge in the business, he joined NNI as their Vice President and Estimating Coordinator. Tim still maintains his electrical company and has become an integral part of the NNI Construction Family with a continuously bright future in the industry.

Geoff Protz

Director of Construction & Managing Partner

After obtaining a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management, Geoff sharpened his arsenal in New York City’s ultra-competitive and high-end residential construction market. Each project required zealous attention to detail, thorough knowledge of site-specific details and the accelerated scheduled similar to commercial projects. Later, he added retail build-outs to his resume, moving to Cleveland and then Ft. Lauderdale to join NNI Construction. Since joining the team, Geoff promptly advanced from Project Manager to Account Manager, becoming an integral part of the company.
